        How do you know the quality of your food?

Have you tested the quality of food and drink on a daily basis ? Yes, there are two types of water / food. It is called Alkaline Food and Acid Food .

Alkaline Food is a food that benefits our body. Acid Food is a food that is harmful to our body.

Well, how do we determine Alkaline Food and Acid Food . It can be determined by using the pH value that we learnt during our school days( we can get pH strips in Medical Shop /Buy pH strips online )

The average pH value of our blood is 7.35 to 7.45. If we take food / drinking water at a pH level that is lower than the blood pH level, it is harmful to our body.

Soft Drinks have a pH value of 2 to 2.8.

All Junk Foods sold in a color packet are a big risk to our body. Specifically: Preservative Salts, Coloring Agents, Corn Starch Syrup, etc

Well what can we do about it?

  • Look at the Indgredients of the products you buy. If it contains Artificial Flavoring Agents or Artificial Flavoring Substances, avoid purchasing it.
  • Buy organic products from local farmers you know, and use quality domestic snacks (that does not include: Preservative Salts, Coloring Agents, Corn Starch Syrup, etc,) for your family.
  • For non-vegetarian lovers: you can eat organic eggs, organic chicken, quail eggs, quail, rabbit (suitable for diabetic patients), duck, goat, etc.
  • For vegetarians: You can eat organic cereals, organic legumes, organic rice varieties.
  • Teach children what to eat and what to avoid.
  • Ice Cream may be eaten but not Forzen Desserts.
  • Chocolate and Chocolate Flavor is different.
  • Avoid soft drinks called as cold drinks. Instead, drink fresh lemon juice, nannari sarbat and fruit juice.
  • Avoid giving ready made health drinks for kids, alternatively, prepare home made porridge and sweets and snacks made of millets such as Ragi,pearl millet.
  • Avoid Tea and Coffee. Instead , start drinking traditional drinks such as Karupatti tea, Sukku malli coffee, which is completely organic and improves the immune system.
